Mr. Perkins has been practicing as a transactional attorney for over forty-five years. He is the author of three books Drafting Wills that Work in Pennsylvania, Special Needs Trusts in Pennsylvania, and the Pennsylvania Trusts Handbook, as well as numerous CLE and CPE programs.

Mr. Perkins is a principal shareholder in the firm and also a former member of the faculty of the Graduate Tax Program of the Villanova Law School. In that program, he developed taught “The Drafting Fundamentals of Estate Planning Documents” – a course that he developed for the program and which was required for all those seeking the Program’s Certificate in Estate Planning.

He is a frequent speaker for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the continuing education arm of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Mr. Perkins is also the founder and president of YourOnlineProfessor.net, a Web-based provider of CPE credit for CPAs, and CLE for attorneys.
